Commercial litigation
Commercial litigation is part of a business project. The Attorney needs to assist the Client in these dispute to try and obtain the best result.
The role of the attorney is to guide the Client through the commercial litigation which can be carried out through an arbitration, through the commercial courts or trhough the Alternative Dispute Resolutions, best known as ADR (mediation, ...).
The attorney needs to drive the litigation in the Client's best interests.
The Client's interests are often best served through a well negotiated settlement rather then a long and everlasting procedure.
